How do I stop the initial warning screen in Dead or Alive 3 from appearing everytime I startup the game?

This started happening when I softmodded my Xbox with PBL+font exploits. Before the mod, the warning showed up once the first time I inserted it into my Xbox. Then it would skip it everytime after that. I assume that it saves a flag somewhere telling it that it already showed the warning. And I am using an original Doa3 disc.

Why after the mod does it not find or set the flag and how do I fix this? I would appreciate any input.

I have the same problem too. However, it is just a warning that only takes 5 seconds. I can live with that. :-)

You can't really. It's loading stuff while it plays, so you have to wait that long no matter what. You could get rid of the warning text, but you'd still have to wait that long anyway.

I wonder if someones figured out a way to change the warning screen to like some titties or something different at least.

Quite frankly I'm getting tired of Tecmo telling me that I owe them $500,000.

that hack only works for doax....
as for doa3 you can edit what it says but you cant get rid of it...
you just have to let the game cache... which takes mabe 10 minutes...
then as long as its in the cache it will not pop up everytime your start doa3...
one fix for it tho would be to use the pal version.. the pal version does not have the warning
