Ok, so im not sure if this means im banned or not, but when i try to start up xbox live(from the main menu of ms dash) with my mod chip turned off it goes to the xbox live start up animation, then stays up the xbox live screen for like 20 seconds, then goes to the xbox needs service repair error 21 screen??? Any help or am i banned? Thanks in advance. Scott

No, you are not banned, but there is an issue with your MS files on C:
Best to find a backup of C: without Live on it, and install Live.

my nub advice which u could eaisily ignore is wipe your c drive clean and install a new dash from a retail disc

Since when do games install the MS dash on a wiped out C:?

i kept on getting error 13 untill i put in a live enabled game, which reinstalled all the dash files.

But you still had a C: with some files there. If there is a C: without any files there, the XBox will not load.
