Are there any good sites for those PPF patches? (gameconsoleworld.com comes to mind but it's completely outdated) Do those patches only work on ISO's created specifically for that patch? Or will my ISO created with Craxtion or Qwix work as well? From what I read some of these programs create xbox ISO's differently.

I prefer playing my games from the HD so I don't scratch my originals and get better load times, but some in my collection need to be patched (like amped2, Gradius, 007, etc)
