hello, i was on my xbox and did not turn off the auto sign in and i had my chip turned on. So now im banned... does any1 know how to get unbanned and if you could explain it well because im a noob to all this modding and that.

You can purchase an unbanned EEPROM (say, from the BST forum) and follow the tutorial on the X-S main site to swap your EEPROM. I'm not going to break it down more than that.
