Is it possible to end emulation of one rom and then load another without having to reset the xbox?
Yes.
Press Y to bring up the menu.
Then press Start & Back together to go back to the ROM List.
(Same as FCE, Hugo, NeoPop, SMSPlus, Stella, etc...)
