Ok, I added a 120 gig HD to my xbox and I used the Xbox HD prep util. And everything SEEMED to be ok, until I noticed that my F: has a size of zero.

Seems it isn't formatted or possible partitioned.

What did I do wrong and how do I fix it...

Check your evox.ini (located onto your boot cd) and check if there is a row:

Info "Prepare Hard Disc With F"
Format f:

Yes, that was exactly the problem. For some reason FlashFXP wasn't working when I told it to format F: (following the tutorial instructions).

I just needed to figure out how to add the format command correctly to the evoc.ini - then everything was golden.
