I need to know if i can use 007hackwithevox to flash a pal box? IF not, then what can i use to do a TSOP flash on a pal box?

yeah, it should work fine. If not get hold of a copy of the raincoat game save and then update it to version 0.7 (in my sig).
Be careful to make sure you know which version box you have, make sure you use the right bios and the like. PM me if you have any problems.
