Ok I have issues. Most of them are deep seeded sociological issues but this is the wrong forum.

The issue that I have for you is I can’t play Nes Roms on my Xbox. It will boot fine (yes its on my e drive) but it will not find any roms. I have downloaded 100’s but none will run. I put them in the Adventure sub folder and out side of the folder but no joy.

Could some on send me a working Rom?

What is the average size of a NES Rom? I have downloaded a lot that are to small but some are larger.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I keep telling my wife that the xbox is for my 5 year old daugter but I think that she is catching on. HEhEHEHE

not sure if you're sane or not, or even if this is really a question, but one you can't request roms.

Also Snes9x doesn't run NES roms, only SNES.

I got a working NES emulator.

What are you running? I have FCE

What is the correct ext for a snes rom and SIZE?

*.SMC for snes roms and they are 0.5 - 4mb in general



Edit: also nes roms are *.NES and are alot smaller in file size.

Ok I got a 4mb Mario Games SMC ext in the sub folder that comes up on the menu screen but is still does not run.


Any ideas. I can play roms now with a emu on my pc but not on my xbox.

All i have to do is put the Rom in the Sub folder correct? Do I Need to change the INI file?
