I just tried to link to a GIF on my website for my personal photo and it returned an error saying that that file extension was not permitted. I then just tried uploading the image file and it worked fine.

Obviously most "photos" are in JPG/JPEG format but this seemed a little odd. I didnt' know if it was a mistake in settings or if it was actually set that way for a reason.

Just thought I'd let you know.
