How to do the eject trick... I plan to get a matrix so I want to now how to do it... Ilooked on xbox scene main site... nothing

You mean the eject Fix, You have to flash the matrix with a bios which support open the DVD tray without turn off the Xbox

Depends on the bios you get. ie... eject fix or not...
Basically when you eject the disc it will reset the xbox, depending if you have the bios with the eject fix or not.

Nothing.... this means that to reset the xbox it needs to be done by turning it off at the power button, or using evox to reboot, turn off,
or whatever dash you may have...

Isnt there like a swap trick I need to do inorder to get a game to work?

I don't have any backup games on Disc. But as far as running mamex from cd, it boots the software without doing a swap from a boot disc and you play it no sweat. I don't see why it should be any different with xbox back up's..
I think the new eject fix was to help with the new IGR (in game reset) function..
If there is a swap required all you do is boot evox, eject it put in game..then it resets after eject...
