I have downloaded this twice now, (I assuming this is the best to use right?).
But when I try to open I am getting this error message:

Go to www.craxtion.com and get it directly. The file is an RAR, not an EXE.
And check out the forum at their site. It will explain what to do. You need to get the other necessary files (available there) and put them in your registry, if you are using XP.
