are there any detailed guides for this (which wires to cut from the chip once its running to flash the tsop etc..) as i have a machine i need to repair.

its a 1.4 (focus) machine that was incorrectly flashed with the 4977 bios, ive obtained a 30 wire xtender chip.

I don't think the extender supports a V1.4 Xbox..unless you can upgrade the bios on it to the M7..
