alright i just installed my executor 2.3b lite modchip soldered header pins.........

i am running windows 98 second edition on my computer i read all over the internet on this................


i basically want to........

install evox and slayer disk i made but i don't want to back up the files on my xbox at all.........

i read up around the internet and i read something about being able to recover a dead harddrive.....like pull the files off of it and transfering them to the computer.........

You don't have to. Slayer will recover a HD to retail state if anything goes wrong.

This what I did. After I modded my xbox, I installed a new 120gig HD. I just took the original drive, and put it in a safe place. That original drive IS MY BACKUP. I can always just plug it back in my xbox, and get whatever info I need.

The only thing you might want, is your save games. But you can always just get an external memory card and save them that way.

i only have a couple of games on my xbox so far the max i would say that i rented........would only be about 20 games which to me isn't alot at all


oh by the way how hard is it to set up slayer and evox with this disk????

for instance i read the guide for slaye and it is a LONG process.............is this what you did???

or did you do something else like a shorter version??? oh and did you use the extra 2 gig mod on your box???

Or to be on the safe side just get another hard drive for Evox or what ever your useing you can find lots of harddrive on ebay just type in xboxparts
