Well, sure others are thinking it and not sure if this has been mentioned, but maybe now you need to change your name and site name. As both of them may mislead people into thinking the program is open-source, which means end-users have the full code at their disposal to add or modify features fro the project. Apparently with this latest release that will no longer be so...

we will be releasing the source code but we have to convert a portion of our code to a lib as requested by another team who do not want us to release the code of certain features we added.
I have already started on the new lib and hope to get the source cleaned up and out to people asap.
