I know there in the forum but after 30minutes of searching thru them and not being able to search because the hardware cant handle it, can somebody inform me how I can extend the amount of characters in my name instead of the default 8 or 9 that they give you. Thanks in advance.

First, you go to udata then go to folder 55530013. (this is the folder on mine, not sure it if it the same for everyone) and go to each folder there and open up 'savemeta.xbx' with notepad until you find the name you would like to change. change the name to whatever and then transfer back to the xbox. hopefully this will work for you.

i am able to view the savemeta.xbx folder and edit it while it is on my PC, i transfer it back and the profile does not show up
this is what is in the file

Find the RS3 folder, find your profile folder, find savemeta.xbx and edit it. Don't put more then 20 letters in though because they don't show up.

When ever i put the save into my memcard it says "this is not a valid save" I NEED HELP
