Basically it was 'created' by writing code with the older SDK's.
...Recent SDK's patch the loophole automatically.
...This limited the number of games that have the 'potential' to overflow buffer data, to the three games that we are all familiar with.
I can't see anymore surfacing as the loophole was discovered and closed in a very short period of time.
