Anyone else getting this error? Im on a NTSC and its a NTSC game and I media patched it just in case, but its still throwing this error before the intro screen. I have one of the latest bios's and the newest version of avalaunch. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a file failed to transfer over properly. Make sure (when using dvd2xbox) that it doesn't report any failures after it copies.
