Yep, i just went and bought a crystal, due to the fact that my old xbox was sort of finished and i had nothing left to mod.
Ive had it for one day, its still not finished - dvd window to come, power/eject leds to be changed and more leds under the front like in the gamestore24.de boxs.
Anyway, enjoy:

O yeah btw anybody who wants a crystal in us pm me and i can probly arrange for one to be shipped over.

i would like to light up my green controler like that is there a circut you could share with me or some specs

There was a thread a while ago showing the wiring of the inside of a lit up controller, your best bet would be to look for that because mine is all crammed in very untidily, but basically, i soldered one thicker wire to the +5v point, then joined all the anodes to this with thinner wires, and hot glued the leds in place.
Then i joined as many of the grounds on the leds together as possible then wired that back to the ground point on the mainboard.
Its hard to explain without pictures.

The whole thing is more of a lime green, but my camera phone is a bit shit. Iv just replaced the front leds but my room is too bright to take a good photo. Mite post one later, when it gets darker.

As promised, i have now changed the eject leds - they look slightly different in pics still, but thats coz they are blinding the camera, and managed a dvd window.
