does anybody know if you can purchase the black resistive tape that is on the controller pcb? this is the black tape underneath the a,b,x,y,black, and white buttons. it is resistive to make those buttons analog. it would be great if anyone knew where to get this stuff!

i modded my orig. xbox controller so i can use a nes controller, but i took off that tape and now those butons do not work on the xbox controller (they do on the nes, though). when i took it off it curled up and was unsaveable so i threw it away. so basically i can only use the controller for my nes emulator

, which doesn't do me much good.

nope, sorry it is not electrical tape. it is thicker, stickier and stiffer than electrical tape.

yep, thats exactly what I am referring to. I was hoping I could find it somewhere, if not, I will have to make another nes to xbox controller

just a waste of my precious time. oh well, i guess I could actually make a tutorial this time.
