Are the version 1 and 1.5 files the same. For that matter are all the versions the same?

Simply explained:
Ver 1.0 =No Live! data as standard, files on C: not in folders.
Ver 1.5 =Live! data installed as standard, files on C: in folders.
...Main difference is in the Kernal versions, but files between different Xbox versions differ everytime a new dash is implemented by M$.
Simply put:
Files and digital signatures differ between versions/dash/kernal changes
