Hi all.
Can anyone explain how to corretcly set the tag in xboxmediacenter.xml under xbms to use a password with ccxgui.
Have tried a bunch like
xmbs://password:192.168.0.1/mp3
xbms://password@192.168.0.1/mp3
xbms://192.168.0.1/mp3:password
U also only have a choice for setting the password in ccxgui and no username which is also a little confusing.
It works like a charm without the password though but I want to stream to friends over the internet and dont want to have it TOTALLY open..

Why don't you try username:password@ip/folder as the examples in the xml file? 
I was just trying it out. I also cannot find out how to use the password feature of ccxgui.

This is IMHO for the SMB stream, not for use for the XBMS stream.
Yup for SMB its perfectly clear on how to do it. But I cannot find any info on doing this with ccxgui.
