the tsop is in fact a 29f080 chip
buy a socket (like S-TSO-SM-040-A buy here -> http://www.emulation.com/cgi-cfm/insert_qu...DSM%2D040%2DA,)
plug it on the tsop of your xbox mobo
thats really easy for instance...

now just buy a 32pin socket (like the one which is on your pc mobo)
link avery point of the tsop (of the socket on the tsop, not on the tsop directly)
and link every point to the 32pins socket (1-->1 2-->2 ... 32-->32)
this was the hardest part

now just boot a pc under dos
pull out the bios (32 pins bios)
and pull in the socket u just link to the S-TSO-SM-040-A socket
your xbox is turned off
launch uniflash like if u want to flash a homebrew with the bios u want
wait nearly 4 seconds
and its done
u just flashed your tsop with the xbox off
boot on your xbox
thats done ;-)

the advantage of this method is to be able (with this sort of adapter) to flash all your friends tsop in above 2 minutes

open the xbox plug your adapter on the tsop (the S-TSO-SM-040-A socket) run a pc in dos mode and flash

the hardest part is to link the S-TSO-SM-040-A socket and the 32 pin socket but when it is done u got a really cheap adapter which is able to flash and reflash tsop with the xbox off

i'm gonna take some photos with my webcam to explain this in detail (a sort of tutorial for peoples which will be interrested)

that complicated lol....... just a Q. Yes i have looked. plus this is the thread! .... is there a way to flash the TSOP with a clip (ok i know its possible) but is there a place to show me what i need (maybe where to get it hehe and what to do, with instructions (maybe pics to ) that are easy to follow, for a newbie.. im not really a noob, but i dont know how to build some ISA card from scrtach ! THANK YOU.
