I just got done painting my xbox and I wnat to know if I should Clear Coat it.

I used Krylon Fusion Paint.

I bought the Triple Thick Clear Coat from Krylon..

Does it need to be clear coated?

On white colors a clear coat can come out yellowish. You are going to get a very shinny "Wet" look by clear coating it. Plus it will be a little more protection from scratches. I guess its really up to you.

i'd say definatley -

put a few coats of lacquer on it, it'll make the xbox more resistant to knocks and bumps

if you dont like a shiny finish, bung a few coats of shiny on, then a few coats of matt

if you feel there's a chance of it getting a yellow tindge to it you could always put the protector stuff on then do a thin coat of white over it...May help against bumping your xbox against things PS...did you sand your xbox down before you painted it?
cjmac
No i did not sand.
