Where can I find the default icon folder guys. SOrry if this has been asked but the search funciton aint working for me

What do you mean by icons? Are you talking about tumbnails for e.g. movies, games etc? If so just read the sticky topic or just go here How to get/make custom thumbs for xbe´s and files

no I mean default icons, such as c:, SMB, XNS, F: etv. I have some icons I would like to use and the folder.jpg method just doesn't work

Get the pngs from the source and use them instead of the textures.xpr

Ah cheers JD, very much appreciated, I figured that was it (as it was 2+MB's) but thanks for the info.

One last quesiton thought. To replace I would have to download the whole package and replace only those icons I wanted to correct? I notcie that they are all mentioned in xml format so I would just have to match the name's no?

Is there a whole package of the .png files somewhere or is it just a matter of downloading one at a time? Also when I right click and save as my computer cannot view the resulting png file.
