Hello,

I finally got my box working the way I'd like, I'm using a dual exploit Font/Audio and I have it default booting to XBMC. The thing is... when XBMC launches the screen goes black and then prints crap out. It is meaningless, it isn't text and it isn't an image either. It looks like static snow that you would get if you had a bad antenna on a tv. It lasts for all of 3 seconds and then I am sent the main XBMC menu and all works exactly as it should.

I don't need to fix this, but it does look a little unprofessional. My assumption is that a splash screen logo is hosed somewhere but I don't know for sure.

I'm running xbmc-build-2004-05-19 (I think) but I saw the same thing with a build from 2004-05-13. I'm also using the project mayham skin, I don't know if that helps.

Sounds like something with your setup with softmoding.

Could you perhaps elaborate. What might be the problem?

I guess you use PBL and i belive that to be the problem...
