Does anybody know if the Tutorial by Geremia on how to flash a homebrew with evox will work with a EEPROM he talks about using flashroms in his tutorial so I wasn't sure.

correct me if im wrong but an EEprom is a flashrom..
as long as its not an eprom you should be ok afaik..

For FlashROM I mean 29F 39F 49F and are the only types that evox or Dysfunctions flash utility can flash.
Flashrom are also 29C but have different programming sequence and are not flashable with evox dash.
EEPROM are Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM and are tipically 28C, W27EExx or SST27SFxxx.
EPROM are Erasable Programmable ROM and are 27C with the glass window.
Those are all "parallel access" ROM and differs from 24xxx or 93xxx that are "serial access" ROM. 24Cxx are "serial access EEPROM".
