I want to look a movie on my tv trough my xbox from my pc. So i do not want to download it from my pc to my xbox just load it. Is this possible?

Look into Stream servers like Relax or XNS.

You can use xbmc, and share the films in windows.
it works quite well actually but xbmc needs to be told where to find the films.
