I dunno but can the mod make the game's quality not as good? even if its not a burnt game like an actual game?

no.
maybe your burnt game has some of the video files downsampled. did you make this backup copy, or did you come across it on the internet?

Isn't this a duplicate post?
Anyway, keep in mind that MPEG compression is lossy and one of the artefacts is pixelisation on areas of the screen that are a single colour.

Did you use good media? Cause I know from own experience that cheap/bad media will make a DVD movie look pixalised.

No I am talking about in my games, sometimes the videos or parts of games, especially parts in the dark look pixalized, I dunno if thats just xbox in genearal or because of the mod?

There is really no way the mod its self could cause that. But maybe the heat if you upgraded the harddrive is heating up the nvidia chip and slows down the rendering and you see artifacts.
