I think i screwed up. I was trying to flash my first tsop and I am a beginner to soldering. I had evolution up and running. I have a v1.0 xbox. I did the wire on the back good. (I think) I couldn't get the solder to stick to the points on the front. I finally gave up and hooked up my xbox to see if it still works, and it didn't really. It will still boot up to the evolution dash, but it will not load a game. It will reset a couple times and then it gives the need service screen. My questions are: Is my xbox screwed? If not what can I do. I didn't get solder everywhere. If the soldering job is botched I think it's only because I got the points too hot. Can I get a mod chip and fix it? And why the hell didn't the solder stick to the points? Any help is appreciated.
