So just started to repaint my Xbox today and I was outside in a clean environment just painting away, I do the front and back first and when I'm done doing that there is all kind of fuzzy shit on top of the X. Is this from the masking tape or what is it, and is there a way to avoid it?

i think it's probably the outside environment, odds are something blew your way that got into the xbox

try sanding it and then repainting at another place
