Today I was using Flashfxp to upload a new version of XBMC. That went cool. Then I was doing some housecleaning, and removed one of my game folders f:\games\blahblah and the process stalled the xbox half way through. When i rebooted, the box loaded the MSdash instead of my default Avalaunch. Re-flashed the bios...still same thing. Tried booting Slayers install disc and some really wierd stuff happened...it didn't completely load...it's like halfway between the X logo and the Slayer screen...both faded into each other w/ no response from the control pad.

I can still see all my saved games in the MSdash. Please help me....i spent so long getting everything the way i wanted it

I really dont know what to do...i would rebuild if it came down to it but can't even load Slayers boot disc so not sure how i would format the drive. Would rather not have to.
