Recently my mpg play back has become very jerky, the sound and video stutters along. It makes no difference if i play it back from the HD or DVD. I have deleted un-need files from the Hd to clean it up and updated my XBMC version, but all to no effect. If I play back and avi file such as DivX or XviD there is no problems what so ever.

Anyone have any ideas???
