Maybe Boxplorer, but it just depends on what you want your xbox to do.

What oxjeremy334 is %100 correct, we don't know what you want to use your xbox for therefor we can't tell you what you should and shouldn't have on there. You may want to search around the forums and see what you are able to put on there, maybe through that you can better find what suits you best.
