When i'm doing this do I have to create an ISO or can I just copy it sraight to the computer using flash fx?

You can just copy it as files if you want.

There are plenty of tutorials on this.
You only need to create an ISO if you wish to burn it to a backup disc. If you will be transfering back to the hard drive at some point there is no reason for you to create an ISO.
