Hi all i'm new at this and have read alot of threads and the tutorials, and was wondering? My question is all a mod chip does is boot the bios to by pass all the digital signatures and media flags mainly right? Can you use the Matrix to by pass that then Flash the Xbox bios with the Evox bios and then take mod chip out? With the new evox bios to boot from the need for the mod chip would be gone right? Sorry guys about these stupid question but just wondering? Any input would be great. Thnx and srry for being a newb.

If you flash the TSOP then you can take out the modchip. I do not suggest doing that though.
