hogan vs the ultimate warrior was one of the matches i remeber most cause it was the first time i remeber two faces going at each other

i thought undertaker vs kane at wrestlemania 12 was pretty awesome, also bret hart vs yokozuna at wreslemania 10 was excellent. i belive wrestlemania 10 had a very good ladder match shawn michaels vs razor ramon

best modern wrestlemania match was probably hulk hogan and the rock, i belive it was wreslemania 19 (may have been 20 but i'm almost positive it was 19)

Wrestlemania 13....Austin vs. Hitman....that's all I have to say!!!

Wrestlemania 14, Austin beating Michaels for his first World TItle. I was less then 40 feet from the ring, the crowd was so insane. Tyson laying out Michaels after the match made it even better.

I agree the greatest WM match in recent history was the final Austin vs Rock match at WMX8.

WrestleMania 17 - Stone Cold Steve Austin Vs The Rock. The match where Stone Cold turns heel and makes friends with Vince.

Actually that one was great too. I loved heel Austin. The two of those make the greatest match/rematch combo in WM history if you ask me. There's just so much emotion that was involved.

I like how you threw that one randomly, first of all not even from wrestlemania, second, it wasnt even a good match, just one man literaly destroying another.

I really like HBK vs Angle from WM21
But Rock vs Austin at 17 gets my vote.

My fave is Hogan vs. Andre the Gaint when he slamed he that was one of my favourite matchs of all time. I would like to see Angle vs. Benoit vs. Eddie Guerreo vs. Christian vs Egde and Rey Mystero in a 6 man elemation match that would be sick

Hogan/Andre is so overrated as a good match. In my opinion one of the better, if not the best wrestlemania match, was the ironman match at Wrestlemania XII.

Other great matches for me include the Bret Hart/Stone Cold (though I hate Austin with a passion) Wrestlemania 13 submission match and the Wrestlemania 2000 Benoit/Jericho/Angle triple threat for the Intercontinental and European championships. Its too bad those three guys are so wated today. Kurt Angle "wrestling" Booker's wife??? c'mon......

I agree about the whole Kurt Angle thing. I mean it is stupid and with the match between Hardcore and Hass vs. MNM they should have went into over time due to the outside interference from the sexy Melina. There is a lot wrong with it today. I mean John Cena is ok but far from great. Anyways thats just my 2 cents

Hagan/hellwig WM 6 here in Toronto.

3rd row.. marked out.. awesome buildup.. so-so match. Crowd pop was scary. I've yet to be at an event that was close.. well.. Hogan/Rock I guess.. that was huge too. Equally scary as the fans turned on rock.
