Hello
I looking for a solution to encode DAO3 videos to reduce the size of the videos files.

The Videos are in SFD format 'SoftDec Format'

I succes to extract the video & the audio files for the SFD file.

I encode video '*.mv1' in mpeg format ok smile.gif
I encode audio '*.adx' in wav format ok smile.gif

But now I would like to know how I can join the two files in a SFD which is support audio.

Because when I use SEGA Dreamcast Movie Creator I have a popup with '!' without message a nothing spend. huh.gif

Is there anyone can help me?
Thanks tongue.gif

Just curious, this game fits on a dvd-r as a FULL copy... Why do you want to downsample? (You would have to do some serious work to make it fit on a CD, and you probably would hate the quality...)

No I like Quality.

But everyone doesn't have DVD burner, I know some people has lots of money. dry.gif
If I had mod my xbox it's because I am not rich enought to buy games on DVD burner.

And I don't understand why only people has a burner can have the video of Dead or Alive 3, no? dry.gif

I am working for a solution to downsample video of DOA3 and make a new compression to has video of 20Mo instead 200Mo with a correct quality. wink.gif

Like that anyone with a CDRW burner can have DOA3 with Video. tongue.gif

See you soon. ;o)

Did you work out a solution?
I'd like to try this soon, to fit on a 790Mb CD-R... how much does the game take up without video?
