What folders do I put like pictures and mpegs and stuff in so i can view them on my xbox?

look in your xml config folder and scroll down to see your HDD shares and make sure it says something like this

<share>
<name>HDD</name>
<url>f:\music</url>
</share>

that would be fo music of course

then scroll down to the pictures sections and change it to

<share>
<name>HDD</name>
<url>f:\pictures</url>
</share>

now FTP to your xbox and go the the F partition. add a folder called "music" and "pictures" and so on. and everything loads from there.

this is all assuming that u have a larger HD than the original if not change all the "F" to "E" in the drive letters and add the folders to e:
