My network setup was working fine, I was transfering files between my PC and Xbox with ease. Then, today, when I turned on my Xbox, the main screen said that the IP was 0.0.0.0. I went to System Utils->Settings, and it said my IP was 192.168.1.103, static Ip off (I use a Linksys router).

In SmartFTP (the program I normally use), when I tried to ftp in, I didn't get a responce and it just timed out.

I restarted my router, Xbox, and PC, but that didn't seem to help. Anyone know what I need to do? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply, I got it working.

What I had to do was set Static IP to Yes and make sure my comp and Xbox were on the same Default Gateway.
