I was putting in my Xecutioner 2.3 lite and I think that I messed up my top do point. My question is can I just use the bottom one? I don't really care if I can't load the original m$ dashboard.

Yes bottom one is just fine, and its recommended for people with limited soldering skills.

So, If I am not planning on using the M$ dash at all I can just not worry about fixing the top d0?
