any ides on how to play PAL game on NTSC system?

Yes get and install config magic. This neat tool lets you switch your xbox between pal and ntsc.

You will also need a TV able to display a PAL signal, otherwise you will get a scrolling B&W picture.

Some PAL games can be played on NTSC systems (and vice versa) without changing the video region as long as you are using a proper bios.
Other games contain specific code meant for the video region that makes it necessary to change the video region on the xbox and have a tv capable of hadling the desired format.
