My xbox is flashing green. In evox it says my Samsung is 'Init' when I put it a game and go to 'Play from DVD' it wont load the game. However when I reboot using IGR, the game will load up fine.

I recently locked my HD with configmagic, i dont know if its related, but it hasnt happened before.

mine flashed green when i first installed it, so i swapped TRIN and TROUT like a@ron's tut says and it worked. but i dont think mine would init the disk at all. give it a try though.

its odd because Ive had the 616T for a couple months now, and was working fine ever since i went to sleep last night. When I woke up and turned it on, it had this error....

one more thing, if turn off the modchip it gives me Error #05
