Well im gona paint my controller but i was wondern can paint go down into where the buttons x, y, b, a, black, white, start, and back are or do i need to cover the holes up with tape. Im pretty sure i need to cover it but i just want to make sure. Caus it could interfear with the buttons being pushed down properly. Thanks

I would recommend that you take your controller apart to do this. Take all the insides out and just paint the casing. I'm pretty sure there are some tutorials around the scene on how to take a controller apart.

Yes i have already taken it apart. But my ? is that is it ok to paint the inside of the button holders. You know where the buttons a held and slid down to touch the sensor.

i painted my controller (S), and i didnt cover the holes and it is fine just make sure you let it dry all the way before you put it back together.
