I'm looking for someone to replace the leds in my power/eject assembly for me. I'm trying to finish up my case (paint, EL wire, etc) and I don't have time to do it. I also have no leds in the house, so this is just easier.

I want 2 blue leds to replace the originals. I'm in NJ and I'll pay for shipping both ways of course. I tried to contact PimpMyXbox, but they never responded, so o well.

I'm not looking to spend a lot here, I know this is about 15 mins of work, so just let me know what you'd want total and we'll go from there. I'll need to see some kind of references as well.

I know, but I have an extra assembly as it is, and I was hoping someone somewhat close would do it for a few bucks.

I'd do it myself but my local RadioShack has a terrible led selection and are very expensive. I also need a new tip for my soldering iron, so it's just not worth the trouble IMO.

I'll do it myself if no one bites, but I'm hoping someone will be willing to do it. PimpMyXbox will do it for $2.50 according to the site, but I never got a response from them, so I'm looking here.

rufusthenword - thanks for the offer, but I don't have any leds around. If I go out and buy them around here, I'd be better off doing it myself. Thank you though, if you can come up with a few leds, I'd be glad to throw you a few bucks to do it.

markland - thanks for the offer, I'll keep you in mind, although I may be better off just buying a new assembly for $10. ebayman on X-S is selling a white led assembly for $8 shipped.

Any other offers? I'd be willing to trade a PC game too if anyone would be interested. I have Riven, Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, Warcraft 2, SimCity 3000, Jedi Knight 2, and Tomb Raider: Angel of Darkness. All are original, I just don't play them anymore. If anyone wants any, this would be an easy way to pick up a game.
