before i installed my modchip (xecutor 2.3b lite w/ X2.4983.BIOS) i used to see the option "copy" along with "delete" when i loked at gamesaves throug the m$ dashboard. now all i see is "delete" and i can't copy the hacked splintercell gamesave over to my formatted memory card

You need to move over and select the individual save...
