Running build 101904
When i open it, i enter my ip - uid - pass and press connect. It connects and then says reading databases and i get the following error:
Runtime error '35602':
Key is not unique in collection.
Now, if I delete (move to another location) E:\TDATA\fffe0000\music\ st.db I don't get the runtime error..however when I attempt to create a new soundtrack I get this error:
Run-time error '9':
subscript out of ran
To recreate st.db i have to use xbox soundtrack editor because I don't have access to the MS dash.
Suggestions?
Thanx.

Try copying all the DLL's to your windows/system32 folder. If that doesnt work then just wait 2 - 3 weeks when I'll be releasing a newer version.

I download one song from the XB to my PC and I get a runtime error 5 message. Would like to be able to get songs off my box but not at one a time. Any ideas?

i just recently reformatted my hard drives and tried running vxcr. i remember being able to run it fine, but i kept getting run-time error 52 when loading it.
checked the settings.ini, noticed that it had f:\xbox\..., which was my old setup. i changed it to the proper drive, and that fixed the problem.

the first time I ran the program, it uploaded everything fine.
the 2nd time I ran the program, I wanted to add more tracks to an existing soundtrack. The program popped an error message reading "Unable to Update Database" and I'm unable to upload any tracks.

This used to work fine for me, but I booted it up earlier and when I try to encode something so it can be uploaded, I get "Encoding engine failed to initialized, contact BlueCELL". Followed by a Run-Time error 6: Overflow
Tried updating to the newest version and the same thing happens.
Any idea whats up?

Thanks BlueCell for the app.
I was able to use the program to upload all the songs to the xbox but my games with custom soundtracks won't recognize the new songs. I think I read something about deleting the current stb.? there? How will it create a new one that works?
Thanks to all for any help. I'm pumped to race MX vs ATV with my custom white trash classics.

just delete the database file and restart into the xbox dashboard and rip a cd per normal, the dashboard will recreate the database file for you

Hi,
Sorry for the long time of no updates. I wont be working on VXCR myself anymore. Instead I have a few people that are working on few updates for VXCR and one that is working on VXCR2.
If you have any problems please email me (carsten.dressler@gmail.com). This way I can get to you faster since I hardly check the forums anymore (Busy w/ work).
Also, if your interested in the Source, please feel free to contact me and I will send you the lastest copy.
Thanks

i just downloaded the program Virtual Xbox CD Ripper.
I am not able to connect to my xbox.
I have a modded xbox with 2.3b lite, belkin cat6 cables connected to a MS router.. The router is connected to a Tosiba cable modem.
If i am able to connect my xbox to FlashFXP, why won't i be able to connect using Virtual Xbox CD Ripper?
Is the program just crap, like Xbox Soundtrack Editor?
I have read the "How to connect your xbox to FTP" guide and my Xbox, Router, Cable modem is connected fine.
Excatly the same problem, I can't connect using VXCR, the programme freezes as soon as I click connect
