I've been looking for THC lite, and I can't find it in the usual places...

It's not up on the FTP servers....

at least I don't see any directory that relates to it in the dashboard folders....

Where can I get it?

Also, is there some program that'll let me skin my original ms dash and that will show the skin even when my modchip is off??

no, it's not at the usual place...go on EFNET on #xboxdash (THC's official channel) and you might find where to get it from there.

note to mods: you cannot get it from that channel...you can only get directions
