i installed the xecuter 2.3 lite chip and had it bring up the cromwell bios. then the grey wire came loose and i had a difficult time resecuring it. since then it has turned on without the bios and now when you hit the power button the leds on the chip and the switch flash very briefly and shut right back off. The light around the eject button does not come on. Thats all i can get it to do. Does anyone have any suggestion or possibly have encountered this before.

It sounds like when the doo wire came loose it may have messed up the doo point or the track that it connects to.

umm, use the backside d0 point. If that dont help, make sure the lcp points are contacting. If that dont work, get a new chip.
