Ok i Just bought an x box and then put the 250gb HD in what i want to know is what do i need to load the games i have directly to the HD and leave them there and just play them from ther.....Also can I load a software to the X-box HD that will allow me to copy right from the X-BOX to the HD.

Any ideas or help I have been looking for software but I think i dont know what i am looking for
