Not directly.
If you re-wire the connector, invert the PS_ON signal, and reduce the stand-by voltage from 5V to 3.3V then it will work. There is most likely a tutorial on this on x-s.

hows this for a tutorial:
step 1: buy a PC PSU
step 2: buy a tribemods apache
step 3: plug them in.
